Mountain View Montessori is in need of one lower elementary teacher (grades 1-3). We are searching for the highest
quality teachers with a commitment to the Montessori philosophy. We are searching for teachers with the following
qualifications:
- Prior experience/training in Montessori
- California teaching credential
- Willingness to attend a summer Montessori training program, if no prior experience (9wks/5days per week)
- Desire to reach the whole child
- Ability to work with multi-age groups
- Ability to think creatively
- Hard-working
- Strong ethics and teamwork
- Desire to be part of an amazing team
Montessori training preferred. Teachers without training in Montessori can apply for a sponsorship to our Montessori
Training Center of choice. Depending on our school budget, training may or may not be available during the summer of
2010.

and your intentions regarding pursuing the Summer Training Program as described above.
